About the event

Dear NU Community,

The Departments of Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) and Language, Linguistics, and Literature (LLL) invite the NU community to a guest lecture by Giorgio Pompilio, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. at the Embassy of Switzerland in Astana.

Switzerland is known for chocolate, cheese, and watches—but what about its languages? Explore Switzerland’s multilingual identity, official languages, and the unique features of French spoken there. This lecture is part of the Weeks of Francophonie.

All are welcome, with a special invitation to PSIR and LLL students.
