About the event

Dear faculty and staff,

We all know that conflicts happen in any team - they are natural. The real question is whether they become a source of stress or a point of growth and understanding. We are pleased to invite you to the training “Psychology of Conflict: From Tension to Cooperation”, where we will explore how to manage emotions, find common ground, and build constructive dialogue even in challenging situations.

During the training, you will learn how to:

  • Identify the true causes and psychological mechanisms of conflict

  • Recognize different conflict management styles and choose the most effective one

  • Apply techniques to de-escalate tension and maintain constructive communication

  • Turn confrontation into cooperation and collaborative problem-solving

Date & Time: August 28, 2025, 12:30

Location: Block C3, Office 1010

Psychologist: Valeriya Galimova
