We are pleased to invite you to the NU Teaching Conference 2026, organised by Nazarbayev University in partnership with Advance HE (UK) and the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), an international event that brings together scholars, university leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to advance teaching excellence, faculty development, and quality enhancement in
higher education.
The conference theme, “The Teaching–Faculty Nexus for Excellence: Partnerships to Enhance Quality in Higher Education,” focuses on strengthening the connection between faculty development, institutional leadership, and student learning outcomes. The conference will explore key subthemes including quality of teaching and learning, faculty development and professional standards, inclusive and innovative pedagogies, AI-enhanced teaching and responsible innovation, curriculum design and enhancement, and institutional collaboration for advancing teaching excellence in higher education.
