About the event

Dear faculty and staff,

The Health and Well-being Department is pleased to invite you to a seminar on “Stress Management: Practical Strategies for Your Well-being”. Stress is a natural response of the body, not just an emotional reaction. While short-term stress can motivate us, chronic stress negatively impacts our health, weakening the immune system and increasing the risk of heart disease.

During the seminar, you will learn how to:

• Identify how stress affects your body

• Apply techniques to reduce negative stress reactions

• Restore emotional balance and build resilience

Psychologist: Rakhat Diyanova

Language of the session: Kazakh and Russian
