Feeling nervous about speaking up in class, meeting new people, or sharing your ideas?
This interactive workshop is designed for students who experience social anxiety or feel uncomfortable expressing themselves around others. In a supportive and understanding space, you’ll learn how social anxiety works and explore practical, evidence-based strategies to manage it.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of your anxiety and a personalized coping card to help you navigate stressful social situations with more confidence.
