Red Folder training

The Psychological Counseling Services of the Department of Student Services invites Nazarbayev University faculty and staff to attend Red Folder training, aimed at supporting student mental well-being and maintaining a safe educational environment.

Red Folder is a practical guidance program that helps university employees recognize signs of student psychological distress and respond appropriately by following established support procedures.

The training will cover:

• Identifying emotional and behavioral warning signs

• Assessing situations and choosing appropriate response actions

• Key contacts and support pathways at the University
