About the event
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with Nazarbayev University, will host the Annual Forum “Quality Assurance in Higher Education: Current State and Development Prospects” on 15-16 January 2026 in Astana.
The Forum will bring together government representatives, international experts, and higher education leaders to discuss key issues in quality assurance, including international best practices, PhD training quality, and the development of internal quality assurance systems in higher and postgraduate education.
