We live in a world where stress, overload, and uncertainty have become part of everyday life. Even the strongest and most balanced among us may experience anxiety, panic attacks, and a sense of losing control.
What are anxiety and panic attacks?
Anxiety is a natural response to perceived threat. But when it becomes constant and interferes with life, work, or relationships — it’s a sign that support is needed. A panic attack is a sudden intense episode of fear, often accompanied by physical symptoms (racing heart, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, etc.).
How can it manifest?
Persistent tension, irritability, difficulty concentrating
Intrusive thoughts, excessive worry about the future
Physical symptoms: pain, fatigue, insomnia
Sudden waves of fear or panic without clear reason
Avoidance of stress-inducing situations and social interactions
How to help yourself?
Learn to recognize early signs of anxiety and panic
Practice grounding and breathing techniques

Develop self-care and self-support skills
Learn how to offer psychological first aid to others
