learn how to support yourself and your colleagues during difficult moments

practice tools to restore emotional balance.

We live in a world where stress, overload, and uncertainty have become part of everyday life. Even the strongest and most balanced among us may experience anxiety, panic attacks, and a sense of losing control.

What are anxiety and panic attacks?

Anxiety is a natural response to perceived threat. But when it becomes constant and interferes with life, work, or relationships — it’s a sign that support is needed. A panic attack is a sudden intense episode of fear, often accompanied by physical symptoms (racing heart, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, etc.).

How can it manifest?

  • Persistent tension, irritability, difficulty concentrating

  • Intrusive thoughts, excessive worry about the future

  • Physical symptoms: pain, fatigue, insomnia

  • Sudden waves of fear or panic without clear reason

  • Avoidance of stress-inducing situations and social interactions

How to help yourself?

  • Learn to recognize early signs of anxiety and panic

  • Practice grounding and breathing techniques

  • Understand how the nervous system responds to anxiety

  • Develop self-care and self-support skills

  • Learn how to offer psychological first aid to others
