About the event
Nazarbayev University will host a 4-hour in-person master class “Operations Excellence: Design and Improvement of Processes” led by Professor Fernando Bernstein, Associate Dean at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
The program will feature mini-lectures, discussions, and an interactive online simulation exercise, providing participants with practical tools and insights into supply chain management, production planning, inventory control, and business applications of game theory.
