About the event
Dear NU Chess Community,
The Chess Club is happy to announce the NU Chess Cup Tournament!
Tournament is open for all NU community, including students, faculty and alumni. The event will be held according to FIDE rules with a certified Arbiter.
The 8 Winners will recеive prizes and rewards of diffеrent categories:
• 1st place (Open Section) – NU Chess Cup
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd places (Open Section)
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd places (Women’s Section)
• Best Faculty Player
• And other nominations
Format:
• Swiss-system tournament, 7 rounds
• Time control: 10+2
• Spots are limited
