Master class topic: “Social Media Algorithms”

The NU Press Office, together with Khabar TV Channel and with the support of the APSS Student Club, is organizing a series of master classes by journalists from Khabar and 24.kz as part of the educational marathon dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Khabar Agency.

On October 6, 2025, a master class will be held with the participation of well-known journalist Adil Baltabayev.

Adil Baltabayev is the author and host of the special project “President” on the 24.kz TV channel and on social media. In this project, he covers the activities of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, shares exclusive insights into high-level politics, and offers viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the work of the President of Kazakhstan.

The NU community will have the opportunity to learn about the impact of new media on society, how social networks shape the news agenda, and the specifics of on-air journalism. The speaker will share professional insights and answer audience questions.
