We are pleased to invite you to a guest lecture organized in collaboration with SPE NU SC!
The lecture will be delivered by Anders F. Carlsson, Development Planning Manager & Deputy Technical Director at NCOC, with a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. He has built a global career across academia, Shell R&D, and major energy projects, contributing to LNG
development, gas capture expansion, and large-scale process engineering.

Throughout his career, Anders has led process engineering for Pearl GTL and Nigeria LNG, achieved a world record in LNG train start-up, and contributed to 5× growth in gas capture projects. With 24 publications and 6 patent projects, he is currently driving long-term asset development strategy at NCOC in Kazakhstan.
