About the event

Dear colleagues,

We invite you to join the group session “Workplace Bullying” on April 30, 2025. This session, led by a psychologist, is designed to raise awareness, facilitate experience-sharing, and discuss strategies for fostering a healthy and supportive work environment.

The Importance of Recognizing and Preventing Workplace Bullying: Bullying has a serious impact on employees’ mental and emotional health, causing stress and anxiety. During the training, we will explore ways to recognize bullying promptly and respond effectively. We will help participants learn methods that support a respectful culture, boost morale, and contribute to employee retention.

Creating an open and safe work environment strengthens team spirit and allows every employee to realize their potential. Participants will learn how to foster a space where everyone feels valued and respected, positively impacting both individual well-being and overall team productivity.

Psychologist: Zhansaya Oralbekova
