Dissemination Event of the World Development Report on the Middle-Income Trap

The World Bank team is pleased to inform you about the upcoming dissemination event for the recently published World Development Report, focused on the theme of the “Middle-Income Trap”, and the new report “Greater Heights: Growing to High Income in Europe and Central Asia”. 

The discussion will be led by Mr. Ivailo Izvorski, Chief Economist for Europe and Central Asia at the World Bank, along with Dr. Somik Lal, Chief Advisor. Together, they will present the report’s insights and recommendations, fostering an in-depth dialogue on strategies that may support Kazakhstan in navigating its economic challenges and achieving sustainable growth.
