Communicating Your Research Confidently and Effectively for 7MR

This special session, designed by the Teaching and Learning Support Office at the Library, is created specifically to support participants of the 7 Minute Research competition in delivering their academic research with clarity and confidence.

During the session, participants will learn practical techniques for engaging an audience, including how to use effective hooks and present complex ideas in a clear and accessible way. They will also have the opportunity to practice their presentations in a supportive environment and receive constructive feedback

The session is guided by the official competition criteria to help participants refine their work and feel well prepared for the stage.
