🔊 On July 11 at 16:00 on the territory of Nazarbayev University there will be an open and free event Astana Nordic Fest, dedicated to Nordic walking.

The event will be hosted by Kristina Volodina — PhD, exercise therapy doctor, associate professor of the Department of Sports Medicine at Sechenov University, international expert in biomechanics of movement and author of the Nordic Health project.

📌 The program includes:

- Participants bring their own Nordic walking poles

- Warm-up, training and walking technique based on anatomy and biomechanics

- Ceremonial start for 2 km on the territory of NU

- Stretching, breathing exercises and fun games with poles

🎁 And, of course, gifts:

- Drawing of the book “Basics of Nordic Walking”

- Access to the online course of the same name
