About the event
Dear all,
You are invited to participate in the Astana FIRST and Drones Qualifier 2026 - a regional event dedicated to identifying the strongest robotics and drone teams from Astana, Northern, Eastern, and Central Kazakhstan.
This Qualifier is held to determine the teams who will receive quotas to participate in the Alem Championship 2026, where the best teams will represent Kazakhstan on the world stage.
FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is a global nonprofit that inspires young people to become leaders in science and technology through mentor-guided, team-based robotics programs. Students learn engineering, coding, and teamwork by building projects and competing in a supportive community.

Who can participate:
Robotics (FIRST programs): students aged 4 to 18
Drones: no age limit
