3D Design with Siemens NX – Free Practical Training Course for NU Students

NURA Machineshop invites Nazarbayev University students to participate in a free practical training course: "Fundamentals of Modeling in the SIEMENS NX Environment". This hands-on course will guide students through creating sketches, 3D models, and assemblies in Siemens NX. Students will also learn surface modeling and in-context modeling using the WAVE module, working with sheet metal, and developing technical drawings.

Course program:

• Introduction to Siemens NX interface and toolbars

• Solid modeling

• Surface modeling

• In-context modeling

• Sheet metal design

• Synchronous technology

Course Duration: 20 academic hours

Schedule: 3 days, from August 13 to 15, held in the mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
