The study examines how faculty members from four regional public universities in Semey, Petropavl, and Kokshetau cope with neoliberal reforms and their implications for research performativity and accountability. The project is led by Aida Nuranova, with support from Inara Akhmetova, under the mentorship of NU GSE Assistant Professor Kairat Kurakbayev.
