Blood Donation within Red Week

Dear NU Community,  

We invite you to donate blood and participate in the Blood Donation within Red Week event organized by the NU Red Crescent Society in collaboration with the Health and Well-being Department, which will be held on April 4 from 10:00 to 14:00 in С2 1068.  In addition, join us for the Donor Appreciation Ceremony, scheduled for April 12, where we will recognize and honor our outstanding blood donors. This is our way of expressing gratitude for your generosity and dedication to saving lives. 

Becoming a donor helps you:

- To be fully informed about your health through blood tests;

- To regenerate quickly and prolong your youth;

- To strengthen your immunity;

and much more. 

To be an eligible blood donor, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Age 18 and older;

2. Weight at least 50 kg;  

3. Absence of contraindications.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the attached checklist before donating blood.

Donors are required to bring a personal identification document (ID) for registration.
